Join us for an ecumenical Stations of the Cross through Rocks Riverside park. Meeting at the main entrance to the park.
Designed by local artist, Lindsay Farrell, this pilgrim walk finds moments to pause within the park, up the hill, and concludes at the Passionist Fort overlooking the Brisbane river.
It is a beautiful way to pray outdoors and in nature. Our aim is to be at the final station right on sun-set.
SAFETY:
Please all wear enclosed shoes appropriate for walking.
Fitness levels that allow you to walk up a hill that get's pretty steep in parts, is needed. On previous occasions we've had people walk up with their sticks and we make sure you are accompanied all the way. Option to drive up the hill and rejoin the group at the top.
There will be transport back down the hill, as it will get dark quickly once the sun has gone down.
